c) The ISM will respond to your request within 20 business days upon receiving the complete form and documentation.
d) You will be informed of the resolution within 15 business days following the response, and it will be made effective if applicable.
e) If no legal obligation prevents it, you will be added to our exclusion list, and we will no longer process your data for such purposes unless you later request it in writing.
